Debit Order facilities: This facility is available at all our offices. Please contact our staff for excellent service.
Electronic Funds Transfers: This service is available for the convenience of our customers. Customers can pay their electricity bills in the convenience of their homes. Please contact our staff for a pleasant service.
Bank deposits: You can make a direct deposit into the CENORED account and indicate your reference number to ensure that funds are allocated correctly. Following are the account details for this facility:

Application to discontinue service: Staff at all our offices will gladly assist you to complete the required forms.
Account queries: You can walk into any of our offices and your query will be handled by our welcoming staff. You can call any of our offices, to query your account.
Pre-paid electricity customers: There are Third Party Vendors in all towns and villages that CENORED services. These are meant to ensure customers on pre-paid meters have access to electricity 24/7. This will eliminate the hassle of queues.
